Banana Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana, yellow
  • 4 Strawberry
  • 1/4 cups Blueberry, frozen
  • 1 cups Coconut Milk, Coco Quench
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 6 Almonds, raw

Instructions

1. Peel banana and cut off strawberry heads

2. Add it all into a blender and whizz it up

3. Serve in a tall glass

 

Notes:

- Pre make your own fresh fruit portions in bags and store in the freezer during the summer. 

 

Options:

- Add a handful of wholegrain oats if you would like to bump up the carbs

- Add a scoop of Vanilla Endura Optimiser, for a post workout refuel option
